Enhance your hand-eye coordination and rhythmic timing. This discipline covers juggling (balls, clubs, rings), hula hooping, plate spinning, and diabolo. It is a highly meditative and rewarding practice suitable for all physical abilities.

Finding Your Level

01

Foundations (Beginner)

No prior experience required. We focus on basic grips, safety protocols, conditioning, and fundamental mounts. You will learn to trust the equipment and your own body in a supportive, closely supervised environment.

02

Momentum (Intermediate)

For students who have mastered basic climbs and inversions. We introduce dynamic movements, complex sequencing, and endurance training. You will begin to link tricks together into fluid routines.

03

Artistry (Advanced)

Focus shifts toward performance quality, dramatic drops, and unique transitions. Advanced students are encouraged to develop their own artistic style and participate in our seasonal showcases.

Preparing for Class

What to Wear

For aerial classes, tight-fitting layers that cover the backs of your knees and armpits are essential to prevent friction burns. Avoid clothing with zippers or hard hardware that could tear the equipment.

What to Bring

Bring a reusable water bottle and a small towel. We provide all specialized equipment, mats, and rosin for grip.

"The instructors break down complex moves into simple, achievable steps. I never imagined I would feel this confident upside down!"
