Do I need prior experience?
Not at all! We have classes for absolute beginners where we build strength and technique from the ground up.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing. For aerial classes, we recommend leggings that cover the backs of your knees.
Is there an age limit?
We offer programs for kids starting at age 4, all the way up to adults of any age. It is never too late to start!
