Terms and Conditions

By registering for any circus skills classes, aerial arts sessions, or special events, you agree to follow the guidelines set out by Loop & Leap. All bookings must be completed and paid for in advance to secure your spot.

We offer programs for both kids and adults. Please ensure you are enrolling in the correct age-appropriate class. For private parties and group bookings, a deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold your chosen date.

Circus and aerial arts are physical activities that carry inherent risks. Safety is our highest priority. All students must listen strictly to our instructors and use the equipment only as directed.

• Students must wear appropriate fitted athletic clothing. No jewelry or loose clothing that could catch on equipment is permitted.
• Please disclose any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions to your instructor prior to the start of the session.
• Loop & Leap reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves recklessly or endangers themselves or others.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel a class booking, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund or a credit applied to future classes.

For party bookings and show tickets, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a deposit refund. If Loop & Leap needs to cancel a session due to instructor illness or facility issues, you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.

During classes and shows, our staff may occasionally take photographs or record videos for promotional purposes. We will always ask for verbal consent before capturing identifiable images of you or your children. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let our team know at the beginning of the session.
